I have nearly twenty years’ financial services experience, primarily specialising in the mortgage and protection market. I advise on all areas of mortgage and specialist lending from standard residential mortgages, lifetime mortgages, buy to let and portfolio lending through to commercial mortgages and bridging finance.
A mortgage is the biggest financial commitment most clients will undertake so a thorough understanding of their needs is critical. Every client matters and I always try to go the extra mile regardless of the size of the case. I’m happy to arrange early or late appointments to meet the needs of each client and I recognise that providing a thorough service is key to building trust and a long lasting relationship.
I don’t take a transactional approach. Instead, I aim to provide expert advice over the long term with many clients returning to see me when they need their next mortgage or rate review, as well as recommending me to their colleagues, family and friends.
I’m able to relate to clients of all ages and I advise at all levels of wealth, with everyone receiving the same high level of respect regardless of their circumstances. I tailor my approach to meet the knowledge and experience of the particular person I’m helping. This means that clients really understand the solutions that I am recommending.
Beyond work, I value spending time with my family, and I am a lifelong supporter and season ticket holder of Brighton and Hove Albion FC.
